A review of 2019 for the HEPEX community

In this blog, the HEPEX co-chairs took a look back at the highlights of 2019! This year, HEPEX published 25 blog posts, with contributions from HEPEX-ers across the globe.
HEPEX stands for "Hydrological Ensemble Prediction Experiment" and is a scientific experiment that established a community of practice with more than 650 members globally.
The co-chairs of the community consist of QJ Wang (CSIRO), Ilias Pechlivanidis (SMHI), Fredrik Wetterhall (ECMWF), Marie-Amélie Boucher (Université de Sherbrooke), and Andy Wood (NCAR).
